Yes, the customer’s logo for small orders is available, Logo is made by laser engraving for sunglasses and watch, watch also can be made by a mental logo. Also, you can ask us to mail a logo laser engraving sample to check.

4.Warranty

We have a warranty for our clients and we will ship out the new replacements.

5. Sample cost is refundable or not?

Yes, the sample cost is refunded when the bulk order confirmed. But freight cost don’t be refunded.

6. How long for the delivery of samples? could I put my own logo on the sample?

1)stock available: 24hours after payment, yes, you can put the logo on the sample, but you have to pay the logo sample charge, pls contact us for detailed cost.

2)out of stock: 15–45days after payment and the customer’s logo can be done on it.

7. What are the payment terms?

8. Could you send me all your catalog with a price list?

Yes, we can send you our catalog with a price list, but not all models, since there are too many models here.

9. What’s the lead time for bulk orders?

1)The model in stock, takes around 1-2 weeks.

2)The model out of stock,30-40days for wood&bamboo sunglasses.
